Muncar Ventures LLC operates RailPush, the Service. This policy explains what account data, platform data, Customer Content, logs, billing records, cookies, analytics, and support information are collected, why they are used, how they may be shared, how long they are retained, and how users can make privacy requests.
Hosted agent products, including OpenClaw Cloud and Hermes Agent Cloud, may receive RailPush-provided runtime instructions or configuration guidance about how to use RailPush tools, MCP/API capabilities, support workflows, billing constraints, safety limits, and Product context. These instructions may influence agent behavior or outputs.
When enabled, the Deploy Fix Bot may process failed deploy logs, service metadata, service configuration, environment-variable names, repository metadata, repository context, and deployment errors to diagnose failures and apply limited RailPush-side fixes. It does not commit, push, open pull requests, or directly modify repository code.
For customer applications deployed on RailPush, the customer is generally responsible for end-user privacy notices and legal compliance. RailPush processes Customer Content to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.
