These terms are between you and Muncar Ventures LLC and govern your use of RailPush, the Service. They cover accounts, workspaces, deployed applications, acceptable use, billing, credits, AI-assisted features, support access, data handling, suspension, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute handling.
Managed agent runtimes, including OpenClaw Cloud and Hermes Agent Cloud, may include RailPush-provided system or runtime instructions that explain how to use the Service, MCP/API tools, support workflows, billing constraints, safety limits, and Product context.
The Deploy Fix Bot can diagnose failed deploys and apply limited RailPush-side service settings, environment-variable configuration, Dockerfile overrides, and redeploys when enabled. It does not commit to, push to, open pull requests against, or directly modify customer repository code.
You are responsible for your code, applications, end users, secrets, and compliance obligations. Do not use RailPush for HIPAA, PCI, CJIS, children's data, or similarly regulated workloads unless Muncar Ventures LLC signs a separate written agreement.
